Geographic information system Development Officer at Sambus Geospatial Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos

Duties

• Coordinate trainer-guided development sessions, workshops, and webinars to impart Geographic information system expertise and competencies to individuals and groups inside the company or customer base.
• Design and formulate complete development curricula for Geographic information system users, encompassing fundamental notions, improved methods, and industry standards in utilizing Geographic information system software which includes Esri ArcGIS, HERE, NV5's geospatial initiatives, and Trimble technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the Processes department to organize development plans, venues, assets, and logistics to guarantee smooth and productive dispatch of development program.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement projects and software development for customer entities and final users.
• Conceptualizing development plans based and customer qualifications.
• Ensure development are fulfilled in the best possible ways.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with development sessions,
• Ensure after-sales value additions to customers and settle service issues within 48 hours
• Accomplish positive client assistance ratings.
• Endorse development module for customer process.
• Ascertain the needs of clients, advance the applicable goods, and show transparently how the goods work.
• Modify the development documented guide with the new technical solutions.
• Help the sales to with modules, prices, and proposals when needed.
• Send periodic documentation on development fulfilled.
• Assess the performance of capacity-building plans through participant response, post-development evaluations, and key indicators to measure learning results and recognize zones for advancement.
• Offer strategic guidance and upgrade infrastructure design, application tech, and functional performance for clients. Serve as a trusted consultant and support for clients on the Sambus initiative capabilities.
• Work alongside the sales/bd teams to assist the Sambus business targets and business/technical targets of clients.
