Workshop Officer at HR Leverage Africa in Niger

Primary duties

• Oversee and organize the initiatives of mechanics, technicians, and other workshop staff.
• Guarantee promptness servicing & maintenance and fix of organisation vehicles and tools in line with OEM guidelines.
• Diagnose vehicle faults and endorse corrective actions.
• Oversee workshop plans and position tasks to enhance productivity.
• Ensure accessibility of resources, spare parts, and materials necessary for repairs and servicing.
• Preserve precise records of all servicing & maintenance and fix initiatives.
• Execute and track health and safety protocols and guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules.
• Carry out consistent inspections to guarantee vehicle roadworthiness and workshop hygiene.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts and external service vendors as required.
• Track results of workshop employees and offer IT assistance and development as needed.
• Guarantee alignment to financial plan and cost-efficient processes.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or associated fields with 2 - 5 years of expertise.
