About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and outcomes-driven Chief operator to supervise every facet of our building processes. The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in building management, strategic organizing, business development, and team lead. This is a critical executive guidance role that will play a main responsibility in pushing growth, process effectiveness, and superiority in project dispatch.

Primary duties

• Offer organizational approach and executive guidance across all organisation processes.
• Supervise initiative organizing, implementation, financial planning, and on-time completion of all building projects.
• Guarantee adherence with industry guidelines, safety rules, and quality assurance.
• Lead business development endeavors which includes customer connection management and deal discussions.
• Formulate and execute business rules and standardized processes to enhance effectiveness and profit margin.
• Head and train cross-operational teams which includes PMs, engineers, and on-site supervisors.
• Track financial effectiveness, expense management, and asset distribution across projects.
• Stand for the organization in sessions with customers, compliance-related bodies, and primary stakeholders.
• Recognize risks and formulate risk reduction plans to guarantee smooth project implementation.
• Offer consistent effectiveness documentation to board of directors and make strategic guidance for growth and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Business Management or relevant field (MSC will be an added advantage).
• At least 10 years’ expertise in building management, with a minimum of 5 years in a executive team position.
• Established history of successfully coordinating large-scale building projects.
• Deep knowledge of building legal provisions, agreements, and standardized best practices.
• Outstanding executive guidance, corporate, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to make high-level decisions in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Competence in project coordination resources and MS Workspace Suite.
