Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and innovative Male Chief Cook to head our kitchen processes, supervise menu development, and ensure the highest quality of food project setup and visual communication. The preferred candidate will be committed to culinary superiority, proficient in coordinating kitchen employees, and dedicated to preserving hygiene and expense management guidelines.

Kitchen Management:

• Oversee and organize all kitchen initiatives to guarantee smooth processes.
• Assign duty productively and supervise project setup timelines.
• Track stock levels and order inventory as needed.

Quality & Hygiene Regulate:

Verify that every dishes meet organisation quality benchmarks. Ensure adherence to adherence with health, safety, and sanitation rules.

Cost & Waste Management:

Regulate food expenses through efficient portioning and waste management. Track kitchen expenditures and work within financial plan limits.

Partnership:

Collaborate with dining venue management on menu campaigns, events, and client response.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise as a Chief Cook or Top level Sous Cook in a reputable kitchen.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and planning abilities.
• Culinary arts academic qualification or equivalent a member of a professional body (preferred).
• Deep understanding of various cuisines, cooking methods, and food safety guidelines.
• Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.
