POS State Merchant Officer at Fort Knox Outsourcing (4 Openings) in Nigeria

Position duties

• To guarantee quality aggregators are recognized and onboarded in the State
• Ensure 100% Active aggregator
• Ensure each aggregator achieves a minimum of a 95% active agent base at any point in time.
• To guarantee Aggregators promptly make financial support accessible to all Agents under their network and ensure zero float balance of all Agents
• Lead at least 15 transaction counts per Agent daily
• Constantly recognize avenues for rising quality agent base in the region
• Take full custody of all POS devices allocated to the state.
• In charge of allocating POS devices to aggregators based on certifying evaluation benchmarks
• In charge of coordinating all POS devices in the state
• Organize POS allocation, retrieval and other assist concerns as might be necessary in the state
• Organize the repairs of faulty POS devices in the state operating with the state EUS team.
• Ensure suitable and efficient outlet brand identity is carried out in line with the “Picture of success (PICOS)” inside the state
• Recognize visibility avenues for the corporate identity inside the state
• Efficient management of POSM Materials inventory in state warehouse to avoid loss, wastage, and obsolete materials in territory.
• Educate aggregators on POSM deploying to agents in line with “Picture of success
• To hire suitable number of Aggregators in line with the specified allocation framework of the state.
• Ensure each aggregator hires at least 500 agents to lead the business
• Recognize and leverage on the allocation avenues in the state to grow the POS Business
• Lead market penetration of POS in the State
• To productively documentation attractive initiatives in the State and execute adequate counter programs.
• Track on-going programs in Market
• To at once handle or report to higher support tier any unusual rival activity and sale assist that may be a threat to effectiveness of the business
