Job Description

Strategy and projection staff qualifications in line with the company’s plan and targets and ensure periodic status reports.
Preserve an precise DB of manning/grade levels across the organization and proactively recognize scope changes with authorized manning/grade level for status reports.
Oversee all hiring process initiatives (opening recognition, ad, applicant screening, running test, interviewing, etc.) making sure its alignment to the authorized staff strategy.
Work alongside unit-specific heads to carry out complete development needs evaluations and formulate development strategies for employees across the company.
Lead the execution of professional growth program to handle recognized employees competencies and ability needs.
Oversee company-wide results tracking system and recognize applicable profession interventions for employees in partnership with operational and unit-specific heads.

First Academic qualification or its equivalent in Community-related Sciences, Business Management or any other related discipline.
MSC in applicable Community-related/Management Sciences and other associated discipline is a plus.
At least 12 years applicable professional background, with a minimum of 4 years in a mid-leadership position.
Applicable A member of a professional body in Human resources Management e.g. Chartered Institute of Staff administration (CIPM), Top level Specialist in Human resources (SPHR), is essential.
Expertise in a FMCG industry is essential.
