Role summary

Join our agile team and take on the promising offer to assist plant management in the strategic organizing, smooth synchronization, and productive regulate of all processes and servicing & maintenance initiatives connected with our state-of-the-art plant tools. In this position, you will play a critical part in monitoring the design, modification, erection, and initiating initiatives, making sure smooth implementation to optimize productivity. To excel in this position, you will also be in charge of coordinating a skilled team of technical staff and making sure top-notch plant management.

Duty and Duties

• Executing efficient spares and material regulate to enhance expenses.
• Taking charge of plant advancement programs.
• Procuring external specialist solutions/assist in alignment with management's authorization.
• Coordinating technical staff planning and management.
• Making sure compliance to ISO Guidelines.
• Undertaking any other tasks that support to plant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/B Eng. Chemical Engineering
• At least 20 years related experience.
• Plant process/servicing & maintenance competencies. (Ideally in a Cement Plant).
• Have management and management competencies.
• Clear articulation and critical thinking.
• Computer-literate with competence in MS Workspace Suite.
• SAP literacy.
