Job Description

The Medical Content & Digital Relation Officer will primarily engage and interact with clients through online channels, responding to medical, pharmaceutical, and scientific questions with precision and competence.
This position will also engage producing premium quality, educative content for the organization’s digital channels to raise visibility, offer service understanding, and build confidence among healthcare experts and the public.
The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in medical, pharmaceutical, pharmacology, anatomy, or physiology fields, integrated with proven digital promotion competencies.

Produce, refine, and issue compelling medical, pharmaceutical, and scientific content for the organization’s digital channels.
Oversee and address client queries across digital channels promptly and competently.
Formulate and implement digital relation plans targeting healthcare experts and other participants.
Assist online teaching marketing, webinars, and product consciousness programs.
Work alongside cross-operational teams to guarantee precision and adherence of all medical and advertising content.
Track and documentation on relation indicators, offering strategic guidance for advancement.

Bsc in Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Anatomy, or Physiology (compulsory).
At least 3 years’ expertise in the pharmaceutical industry (expertise in a similar position is a plus).
Demonstrated expertise in digital promotion and online relation.
Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
Deep knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
Capability to operate independently and oversee various projects.
