Job Description

Strategize organize, and track the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure inventory precision through consistent cycle counts and adjustments.
Execute and preserve warehouse methods, safety guidelines, and room maintenance services standardized processes.
Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatch methods to guarantee prompt stock to outlets.
Oversee warehouse employees, which includes development, effectiveness supervising, and planning.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and in-store teams to guarantee process effectiveness.
Use warehouse management operational structures to track inventory movements and produce documentation.
Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, workplace safety and wellness rules, and lawful qualifications.

Bsc in Stock Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a relevant field.
At least 5 years’ demonstrated expertise coordinating a warehouse, ideally in in-store, FMCG, or allocation.
Effective guidance and team lead competencies.
Outstanding corporate and issue resolution abilities.
Competence in warehouse management operational structures (WMS) and Ms office tools.
Robust meticulousness and capability to operate under pressure.
