Duties

• Carry out routine checks on food project setup, cooking, and visual communication to guarantee uniformity with organisation guidelines.

• Ensure the dining venue aligns with HACCP, NAFDAC, and other applicable food safety rules.
• Examine storage, refrigeration, and food managing zones for cleanliness and proper temperature regulate.
• Track employees adherence with personal hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Examine supplies for quality, quantity, and adherence with requirements.
• Documentation and reject any substandard or expired ingredients.
• Preserve a document of supplier effectiveness and product standard.
• Recognize quality concerns and endorse corrective actions to kitchen and service teams.
• Formulate and execute standard enhancement programs.
• Work alongside chefs, cooks, and service employees to preserve superiority in both food and client support.
• Preserve precise quality assurance data records and assessment documentation.
• Offer consistent documentation for executive review highlighting quality practices and zones for advancement.
• Record any deviations from quality benchmarks and track corrective actions.

Credentials

Applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 2 - 5 years of work expertise.
