Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative Chief, People & Culture to head our talent plan, promote a high-effectiveness culture, and ensure our people procedures lead business expansion. The preferred candidate will be both a alliance member to executive guidance and a advocate of employee relation, skill building, and corporate superiority.

Primary duties

• Design and execute people plans in sync with EkoGuard’s purpose and growth targets.
• Supervise recruitment, orientation, and staff planning.
• Lead learning, development, and results tracking programs.
• Develop a positive, diverse organization culture that aids retention and productivity.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, Human resources industry standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Head adjustment management endeavors to assist business transformation.
• Collaborate with executive guidance on corporate design and succession organizing.

Credentials

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 7 years of Human resources executive guidance expertise, ideally in service-driven industries.
• Established history in human resource management, organizational culture development, and strategic Human resources dispatch.
• Solid understanding of Nigerian work legal provisions and Human resources adherence.
• Outstanding interpersonal, executive guidance, and verbal abilities.
