Utility / Plant Processes Officer at Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited in Bonny Island, Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Description

Operate and track utility operational structures which includes power production, water treatment, compressed air, heating/cooling, and fuel operational structures to guarantee uninterrupted stock.
Supervise plant processes connected with petroleum sector processing, making sure safe, productive, and dependable effectiveness of tools.
Execute standard procedure inspections and servicing & maintenance on utility and process tools to prevent breakdowns and enhance effectiveness.
Address business concerns by diagnosing issues and managing corrective actions to reduce non-operational time.
Guarantee adherence with safety, ecological, and compliance guidelines in all utility and plant initiatives.
Preserve precise business records and documentation system effectiveness, incidents, and servicing & maintenance initiatives to supervisors.

Bsc in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Engineering of processes (or equivalent technical discipline).
7 years of expertise in utilities or plant processes inside the petroleum sector, petrochemical, or industrial sector
Related sector qualifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, Process Safety, or Health, safety, and environment development)
Solid understanding of utility operational structures which includes power production, water treatment, compressed air, and fuel stock.
Capability to read and analyze P&IDs, technical drawings, and tools documented guides.
Skilled in operating SCADA or DCS regulate operational structures.
Basic diagnosing issues competencies for mechanical, electrical, and process tools.
Good planning abilities for recordkeeping and status updates.
Expertise in preventive servicing & maintenance and plant effectiveness supervising.
