Formulate, strategize and implement promotional initiatives to advance FMCG goods.
Carry out market analysis to recognize buyer practices, attractive initiatives, and market avenues.
Work alongside sales teams to design trade campaigns and sales activation plans.
Oversee product brand identity, wrapping, and positioning in line with organisation targets.
Track and assess the performance of promotional initiatives using key effectiveness indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with marketing agencies, media houses, and other promotion service vendors.
Arrange and supervise advertising events, product launches, and retail activations.
Organize periodic promotion documentation and show findings for executive review.

Bsc/Higher national diploma/OND in Promotion, Business Management, or a relevant field.
At least 1–2 years proven experience marketing the FMCG industry (compulsory).
Deep knowledge of FMCG industry trends, buyer buying conduct, and in-store channel processes.
Competence in digital promotion platforms, social platforms marketing, and promotion data analysis.
Clear articulation, bargain, and public speaking.
