Explanation
- Track the adherence of safety compliance standards by DCP employees, service providers, and sub-service providers.
- Make sure that all individuals, which includes the general public, in the vicinity of DCP premises, sites, and operating sites are protected from workplace safety and wellness risks.
- Supervise the implementation of work in a safe manner and in accordance with acceptable guidelines, minimizing risks for all individuals, real estate, tools, and materials.
- Documentation any near misses, unsafe acts, or unsafe terms by employees, service providers, and subcontractors to DCP management.
- Confirm that service providers carry out routine toolbox sessions prior to starting work.
- Preserve all necessary fire apparatus in-field in a serviceable requirement and routinely examine them.
- When informed of violation or any requirement posing a serious or imminent risk to health or safety, promptly request instant corrective action from the vendor.
- Eliminate the risk of injury for all individuals affected by DCP processes, and prevent loss to all real estate and plant tools.
- Make sure that operating methods and health and safety protocols are carried out in a safe and organized manner.
- Execute any other safety-associated activity allocated by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- SSCE or OND in related discipline.
- Safety a member of a professional body is a plus.
- Robust critical thinking to evaluate risks and endorse initiatives.
- Capability to convey productively and transparently in crisis conditions.
- Robust meticulousness in preserving safety guidelines.
- Outstanding analytical abilities and capability to operate under pressure.
- Robust corporate and organizing abilities.
- Capability to operate well within a collaborative environment.
