Duties

• Process management: Oversee transportation, warehousing, stock regulate, and order fulfillment.
• Vendor Synchronization: Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and carriers to guarantee prompt and precise supplies.
• Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels, oversee replenishment, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Team lead: Educate, oversee, and assess logistics employees which includes warehouse workers and transport planners.
• Adherence & Safety: Guarantee alignment to lawful rules, safety guidelines, and organisation rules.
• Effectiveness Evaluation: Track KPIs which includes dispatch times, stock turnover, and transport expenses to lead ongoing development.
• Tech Consolidation: Utilize logistics software and operational structures to optimize processes and enhance visibility.
