• Supervise all dining venue initiatives to guarantee smooth processes.
• Ensure the dining venue follows with health, safety, sanitation, and lawful rules.
• Execute standard operating standardized processes and ensure employees aligns with organisation rules.
• Track stock levels, oversee stock orders, and reduce wastage.
• Hire, educate, and oversee dining venue employees, making sure strong results and positive team dynamics.
• Timetable changes and assign duties to the team.
• Carry out consistent effectiveness assessments, offering response, mentoring, and development avenues.
• Ensure proper orientation and uninterrupted development for new recruits.
• Ensure exceptional client support is offered repeatedly, dealing with service issues and fixing problems promptly.
• Routinely track client response to enhance service dispatch and improve visitor fulfillment.
• Demonstrate leadership by interacting with clients and preserving a welcoming environment.
• Oversee the dining venue’s financial plan, directing expenses, work, and overheads.
• Evaluate sales and income documentation, recognizing avenues to enhance profit margin.
• Organize and show financial statements and effectiveness status reports to upper management.
• Collaborate with the promotion team to implement advertising initiatives that grow foot traffic and boost sales.
• Formulate and execute plans to draw in new clients and retain current ones.
• Track rival activity and modify the dining venue's offerings and promotion plans as appropriate.
• Ensure the dining venue meets all local authorizing, health, and safety qualifications.
• Send prompt documentation on sales, staff productivity, stock, and client response to upper management.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bsc / Higher national diploma with 3 - 7 years of work expertise.
