Position Overview

The Junior Income Guarantee Officer will assist the Income Guarantee team in supervising, verifying, and safeguarding the organization’s income streams. This position make sure that all sales financial record, cash collections, and finance records across QSR outlets are precise, finalize, and conforming with organisation rules and standardized processes.

Primary duties

• Help in tracking and adjusting routine sales, deposits, and payment records from QSR outlets.
• Track POS financial record, making sure precision between sales data and bank collections.
• Assist in recognizing, status updates, and addressing income leakages or discrepancies.
• Evaluate routine, on a weekly basis, and every month sales documentation for thoroughness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with outlet managers and cashiers to guarantee adherence with cash managing and status updates standardized processes.
• Help in getting ready income guarantee documentation for management evaluate.
• Engage in spot checks, audits, and inquiries at outlets when necessary.
• Assist the execution of regulates to enhance income precision and reduce losses.
• Preserve precise recordkeeping of income guarantee initiatives and findings.
• Work alongside Finance, Processes, and Audit teams to settle settlement concerns.
