On-site Processes Officer at Maxbuild Homes Limited in Agege, Lagos

Position summary

This is a full-time in-field position for a On-site Processes Officer located in Agege. The On-site Processes Officer will be accountable for managing day-to-day activities at building sites, and also going for on-site inspections with customers in all of our land sites, making sure adherence with safety rules, and preserving project plans. The position also includes managing with PMs and subcontractors, coordinating assets and financial plans productively, and making sure high guidelines excellent quality and effectiveness in all on-site initiatives.

Credentials

• Bsc in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or associated fields with 2 years work expertise.
• Robust People skills and Information exchange abilities
• Competence in Process management and Critical thinking
• Capability to operate productively in a team and oversee various duty
• Outstanding analytical abilities and meticulousness
• Related experience in the building/ property industry will be an added advantage.
