Position Overview

• We are looking for an skilled Institutional Commercial manager to head our business expansion within Federal Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), in addition to state government institutions.
• The preferred candidate will possess a established history of securing high-value government agreements and a strong insight of Nigeria’s public procurement process (BPP).
• This position requires strategic relationship building, initiative closing sales, and the capability to navigate sophisticated strategic judgment systems within government to generate income growth.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, Public Management, or relevant field (Master of business administration preferred).
• 7–10+ years in institutional/government sales, with a established history of closing large-scale agreements.
• Strong insight of Nigeria’s public procurement process and BPP adherence qualifications.
• Established network of connections in Federal MDAs and/or state governments.
• Robust bargain, visual communication, and connection leadership abilities.

• Strategic Relationship building: Capability to launch doors and sustain high-level connections in government.
• Sales Executive guidance: Repeatedly leads income and meets driven targets.
• Procurement Proficiency: Well-versed with BPP methods and government negotiating.
