Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and structured Program officer to assist the synchronization and implementation of an ongoing building project. The preferred candidate will help in supervising milestone tracking, managing on-site initiatives, making sure adherence with safety and quality benchmarks, and coordinating with with participants to guarantee on-time completion of achievements.

Primary duties

• Help in organizing, planning, and managing project initiatives and assets.
• Track on-site initiatives to guarantee adherence with project strategies, safety procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Track advancement and documentation project status reports, concerns, and setbacks to the Manager, project.
• Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and advisors to guarantee smooth information exchange and prompt implementation.
• Assist in preserving recordkeeping which includes work licenses, on-site data records, documentation, and minutes of sessions.
• Help with procurement follow-ups and guarantee promptness dispatch of materials to on-site.
• Organize logistics for inspections, supplies, and on-site sessions.
• Recognize promise risks and help in executing corrective measures.
• Organize and preserve routine, on a weekly basis, and every month advancement documentation.
• Make sure that all on-site processes are carried out in line with compliance-related and ecological guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, Project coordination, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in building project synchronization or on-site oversight.
• Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Skilled in MS Workspace (Word, Excel, Project); understanding with building software will be an added advantage.
• Capability to operate under pressure and adjust to evolving project needs.
• Basic comprehension of building methods, program duration, and workplace safety and wellness guidelines.
• Robust meticulousness and analytical abilities.
