We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Bar (Cocktail expert (mixologist)) to head our bar processes across both establishments.

Role Overview

The preferred candidate will be a innovative, highly proficient, and business-minded specialist competent of supplying premium cocktail, mocktail, and beverage experiences. This position requires executive guidance, creative invention, and a strong insight of both classic and modern mixology practices while making sure regular visitor fulfillment and process effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Formulate and preserve an creative and appealing cocktail/mocktail menu that aligns with corporate identity guidelines.
• Oversee, educate, and train bar team members to guarantee superiority in service dispatch and visual communication.
• Guarantee adherence with hygiene, safety, and in charge alcohol service rules.
• Oversee bar stock, regulate expenses, and ensure zero wastage through proper inventory rotation and responsibility operational structures.
• Track and preserve the quality, uniformity, and visual communication of all beverages served.
• Collaborate with the Events & Promotion teams to produce seasonal campaigns and signature drinks that lead sales.
• Settle visitor service issues promptly and competently, preserving a positive corporate identity image.
• Ensure the bar environment is welcoming, structured, and reflective of the high guidelines of both brands.
• Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise as a Chief of Bar, Top level Cocktail expert (mixologist), or similar executive function in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Specialized knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage pairings.
• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities with a track document of development and inspiring employees.
• Creativeness in drink design and visual communication, with a talent for optimizing visitor experiences.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Capability to operate under pressure while preserving composure and competence.
• Business strategic insight with the capability to track sales effectiveness, oversee expenses, and meet income targets.
• Adaptive schedule to operate evenings, weekends, and during peak periods.
