Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient and skilled Chef to join our team @KBF Edo Kitchen. The Chef will be in charge of getting ready and cooking a range of dishes, making sure that the food is of premium quality, and preserving a clean and structured kitchen. The preferred candidate will possess a enthusiasm for cooking, outstanding culinary competencies, and the capability to operate in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Organize and chef a range of dishes, which includes appetizers, Edo dishes, entrees, and desserts.
- Make sure that all food is of premium quality and meets our guidelines.
- Follow recipes and cooking methods to guarantee uniformity.
- Preserve a clean and structured kitchen.
- Help with stock management and ordering of inventory.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standard procedures.
- capability to organize diversity of Edo Dishes is a plus.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have applicable credentials.
