Objective of the Position
- The IT Service Desk & Service officer is in charge of offering technical support, diagnosing issues, and solution of IT-associated concerns inside the company.
- The position includes coordinating assist tickets, preserving IT software & hardware, and making sure the smooth process of IT support to assist organizational processes.
- Status updates to the Chief of IT, the officer plays a main responsibility in making sure employee productivity by minimizing IT-associated disruptions.
Credentials
- First Academic qualification (Bachelor's degree) or H.N.D + PGD and MSC in the same site in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Tech, or a relevant field
- 3-5 years of expertise in IT systems support or service desk positions
- Specialist qualifications which includes ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Accredited: Modern Desktop Admin are highly preferred.
Traits and Skills:
- IT systems support proficiency
- Expertise in cybersecurity industry standards, threat discovery, and information security principles
- Service desk resources.
