Site Patrol Officer at Hogan Guards Limited in Lagos

Job Description

Oversight and supervising of security officers through patrolling of various sites.
Participate to customer grievance and meet the customer’s target routine.
Helping finance unit with collection of cheques and allocation of bills.
Deploying/education of new security officers on JD, SOP and Post orders of their assigned beats.
Recognize promise guard deficiencies and endorse accordingly to the advantage of our reciprocal connection.
Recognize and minimize risk at customer’s premises and endorse accordingly in drafting with thorough check in.
Compose guard documentation /routine status updates of observation in the line of responsibility to guarantee proper recordkeeping and coordinate evaluate for action.
Supervise initiatives of operatives deployed and enforcing adherence on acceptable guidelines and on the customer’s peculiarity and needs.
Operational check-in of business matters with a view to putting forward efficient and productive advancements/initiatives.
Convey any guard matter to, and through suitable channels in drafting.
Produce connection synergies between customers and the organization in addition to sustain a trustful operating environment.
Execute all other obligations as allocated.

Capability to ride motorbike for effectiveness in carrying out routine duty
Management course or applicable studies
Must have 2-4 years’ expertise in guard processes
Guard a member of a professional body would be beneficial
Must possess no criminal document
Must have effective communication competencies and capability to oversee people productively
Must be self-controlled and possess a eager eyes for description.
Must possess a good expertise in road network
Must be customer oriented.
Candidate with security officer' s expertise may also submit application with capability to ride motorbike.
