Purpose

Head the plan formulation, track implementation, and is in charge of operationalizing the key product and service verticals across MoMo PSB: Payments and E-Commerce; InsureTech; BankTech; Remittance and Digital Solutions.

Explanation

• Head the formation and execution of the operational plan in line with the overarching business targets and in line with the group mandate by means of conceptualizing and offering direction, framework, frameworks, models, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Head a periodic assessment of the operational plan and roadmap to guarantee its alignment with the evolving dynamics of the within and outside the organization ecosystem.
• Head endeavors to design and supply goods and solutions that expand entry to financial solutions for underserved populations, supporting to the CBN's financial addition targets.
• Foster creativity in product development, leveraging emerging technical solutions and client findings to supply goods that cater to the unbanked and underbanked populations.
• Make sure that all product offerings follow CBN rules and preserve a deep knowledge of continuously adapting compliance-related modifications in the financial technology/banking space.
• Track results and alignment with MoMo PSB in addition to group plan.
• Documentation on a every month basis to the CEO concerning advancement made inside the operation and in accordance with the measurement indicators set by the company.

• Head and lead group P&S executive alignment to the localizations made in product design, pricing, and offerings.
• Formulate alliances and strategic collaborations with businesses and MFSs during the formation of new P&S for business expansion and effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor adequate risk risk reduction and regulates in the operation.
• Establish and execute key effectiveness indicators and indicators to help desk alignment with corporate plan, and use these indicators to lead service dispatch superiority.

Education

• A academic qualification in computer science, engineering, commerce, or a relevant field coupled with an Master of business administration or Masters will be advantageous.
