People & Team lead:

• Hire, train, and assess high-calibre training and managerial employees.
• Offer uninterrupted tutor development and career advancement.
• Motivate superiority and responsibility across all operational units.

Participant Relation:

Build robust, positive connections with parents, board members, compliance-related governing bodies, and the wider group. Stand for the school in media, academic professional forums, strategic collaborations, and executive guidance forums.

Processes & Adherence:

• Ensure smooth daily processes with a concentration on safety, adherence, and superiority.
• Preserve full compliance-related alignment (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, Cambridge, etc.).
• Head within and outside the organization inspections, QA methods, and ongoing development programs.

Credentials

• Bsc in educational studies or associated discipline; Master’s or Doctorate firmly preferred.
• Demonstrated achievement in top schools with Nigerian and British syllabus consolidation.
• At least 10 years of expertise, with a minimum of 5 years in a elite executive function.
• Exhibited competence in:

• Public speaking and executive guidance development
• Cambridge/WAEC adherence
• Entrepreneurship and worldwide citizenship education.
