Al Ma’arif Qur’anic and Executive guidance Academy is a transformative division of The Arcade Academy, dedicated to lifting a new production of faith-rooted, intellectually sound, and socially influential young Muslim key stakeholders. Our syllabus blends intensive Qur’anic education with modern executive guidance development, character formation, civic duty, and worldwide skilled. We are looking for driven and intensely in-depth knowledge Instructors who can supply our Qur’anic and Executive guidance Program with superiority, discipline, and spiritual findings.

Akhlaq and Islamic Morals:

Instill outstanding Islamic character through targeted sessions on integrity, discipline, humility, and emotional regulate. Model personal honesty and reliability and uniformity for learners.

Guidance and Counselling:

Serve as moral position models and trains for our students. Offer spiritual and psychosocial assist in alignment with Islamic ethics.

Extracurricular Facilitation:

Head Friday khutbah development, Qur’an contests, moral debate sessions, interfaith dialogue exposure, and teaching excursions. Engage in all special spiritual events and Ramadan program.

At least Credentials

• Solid experience in Qur’anic studies, Islamic executive guidance, or Arabic and Islamic education.
• Demonstrated expertise in Qur’an memorisation development and values-based training.
• Training or training expertise with youth (ideally in Islamic or hybrid schools).
• Robust command of both Arabic and English is a plus.
• Strong insight of Islamic pedagogy and child psychology.

• Readiness to operate at either our Abuja or Zaria campus.
