About the Position
We are looking for a initiative-driven and logical Navision Operational Officer to join our Business Applications team. This individual will be instrumental in assisting, preserving, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) system to match with business needs and methods.
Primary duties
- Offer operational assist for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) users across business units.
- Evaluate and settle application concerns, report to higher support tier sophisticated challenges, and organize with technical teams.
- Work alongside various departments to comprehend operational workflows and convert them into system functionalities.
- Engage in system upgrades, implementations, and running test methods.
- Educate final users and compile reports for standard operating standardized processes.
- Ensure system regulates and adherence with organizational guidelines.
Credentials & Expertise
- Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years’ expertise in a operational position assisting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
- Deep knowledge of finance and stock chain modules within Navision.
- Expertise in user development, recordkeeping, and adjustment management.
- Issue resolution and logical thinking capabilities.
