Logistics Manager at Onyx Beauty Hub in Island, Lagos

Position Overview

The Logistics Manager is in charge of organizing, managing, and monitoring all logistics processes which includes stock regulate, warehousing, order fulfillment, dispatch, and stock chain optimization. You will guarantee promptness dispatch of high-value hair goods to clients while preserving process effectiveness and cost-performance.

Primary duties

• Supervise and oversee comprehensive logistics processes, which includes product movement from suppliers to warehouse, and from warehouse to clients or in-store points.
• Oversee routine initiatives of storekeepers, dispatch riders, and dispatch staff.
• Track stock levels; ensure precise inventory records and prompt inventory replenishment.
• Execute efficient logistics plans for wrapping, warehousing, transportation, and client dispatch.
• Guarantee promptness and error-free order fulfillment for both in-store and wholesale customers.
• Track supplies, settle setbacks, and oversee returns or client service issues connected with logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and third-party logistics associates to bargain agreements and rates.
• Ensure adherence with health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
• Formulate and ensure adherence to SOPs for logistics processes and stock audits.
• Organize and send consistent documentation on logistics KPIs, inventory levels, losses, and business hurdles.
• Endorse process enhancements and cost-saving programs.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Bsc in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, Business Management or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ expertise in logistics, warehouse, or stock chain management (ideally in the in-store or beauty industry).
• Deep knowledge of stock regulate and order fulfillment operational structures.
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software, stock software, and logistics tracking resources.
• Outstanding corporate, logical, and time-leadership abilities.
• Task juggling skill and perform in high-stress situations in a dynamic premium experience environment.
• Clear expression and management abilities.
• High level of honesty and reliability and meticulousness.

Preferred Attributes:

• Expertise in the premium experience beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
• Practical understanding of Enterprise platform planning or stock management channels.
• Capability to head and educate support personnel.

Additional Requirement: 

Candidates required location or around Ikate, Lekki, Lagos. Proximity to the worksite is a key requirement due to the nature of the position.
