Role summary

The Operations manager is a critical executive function designed to serve as a alliance member to the Chief operator, making sure smooth organizational processes, pushing corporate effectiveness, and spearheading key programs. This role needs a visionary leader with a robust business mentality, competent of optimizing methods, optimizing effectiveness, and nurturing cross-operational partnership. The successful applicant will serve as a force multiplier for the Chief operator, stepping in to head critical processes, oversee participant connections, and implement high-effect projects that match with Cavista Technical solutions’ long term targets.

Primary duties

  • Act as the primary assistant to the Chief operator, assuming executive guidance duties in their absence, which includes executive strategic judgment, participant collaborations, and board-level demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop, enhance, and implement the organization’s strategic roadmap, making sure alignment with Cavista Technical solutions purpose, aspiration, and growth targets.
  • Carry out complete business evaluation to recognize business inefficiencies, market avenues, and zones for creative invention, demonstrating analytics-based strategic guidance to the executive guidance team.
  • Supervise the execution of key strategic programs, making sure prompt implementation, asset optimization, and measurable results.
  • Head the design and implementation of business plans to maximize output, reduce expenses, and elevate support dispatch across all business units.
  • Establish and track key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) to assess business effectiveness, offering practical findings to lead ongoing development.
  • Streamline cross-operational processes, nurturing partnership between Finance, People, Skilled, IT and Dispatch teams to guarantee business synergy.
  • Advocate the adoption of industry standards, automatic control, and innovation-led initiatives to elevate process effectiveness and scalability.
  • In the absence of the Chief operator, Cavista Technical solutions in high-level customer sessions, talks, and industry forums, reinforcing the organization’s reputation as a trusted IT ally.
  • Evaluate industry trends, attractive landscapes, and emerging technical solutions to role Cavista Technical solutions as an industry leader.
  • Serve as a communication link between executive team and respective team directs, making sure transparent information exchange, strategic consistency, and dispute settlement.
  • Guarantee alignment to business oversight guidelines, compliance obligations, and internal adherence rules.
  • Proactively recognize business, financial, and reputational risks, executing risk reduction plans to ensure protection of business continuity.
  • Match with the Chief operator to supervise agreement administration, vendor connections, and procurement methods to guarantee cost effectiveness and risk risk reduction.

Credentials

  • Postgraduate degree: Master of business administration or MSC in Business Management, Process management, or a relevant field from a reputed institution.
  • Industry experience: At least 12+ years of progressive executive guidance expertise in organizational processes, general management, or strategic advising, with a minimum of 5 years in a top level leadership position inside the tech or IT solutions sector.
  • Sector knowledge: Exhibited success in scaling processes, pushing digital transformation, or coordinating P&L for innovation-led entities.
  • Strategic Aspiration: Capability to convert business targets into implementable strategies with measurable results.
  • Business Strategic insight: Competence in process optimization, lean management, and key indicators.
  • Financial Literacy: Deep knowledge of financial planning, financial evaluation, and cost optimization.
  • Executive guidance Superiority: Established history of building, top, and uplifting high executing teams.
