Shariah Regulatory manager at Westfield Consulting Limited in Lagos

Position Objective

To guarantee that the finance house's processes, goods, and solutions comply firmly to Shariah principles and standard procedures. The Shariah Regulatory manager is in charge of preserving Shariah compliance, coordinating with with the Shariah Consulting panel (SAC), and offering internal direction on Islamic finance matters.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Bachelor’s or MSC in Islamic Finance, Shariah Law, Islamic Studies, or a relevant field.
• At least 2–4 years’ expertise in a Shariah adherence or consultative position within a finance house, Islamic microfinance, or financial funding firm.
• Accreditation in Islamic Finance (e.g., AAOIFI CSAA, CIFE, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Understanding with AAOIFI and IFSB guidelines.
• Deep knowledge of Islamic financial instruments like Ijara, Murabaha, Mudarabah, and Sukuk.
