Treasury Officer at the Concept Group (2 Openings) in Nigeria

Position Overview

The Treasury Officer is in charge of building and coordinating strategic connections for fixed deposit clients, serving as the single point of reach out for new business in addition to current portfolios. The candidate will oversee the capital of HNI (high net worth) clients.

Obligations and Duties

• Acquire accordingly priced and organized deposit financial obligations for the organization from in-store and institutional suppliers.
• Develop new customer base routinely.
• Develop and preserve courteous and productive connection with customers.
• Prompt reply to response and other client associated concerns or requests.
• Engage in producing new and better promotion based on site expertise.
• Visit, engage potential opportunities and preserve liability produced.
• Propose solutions, revenue optimization and cross-closing sales whenever possible.
• Hire, educate and build business development team across the country.
• Grow number of Treasury solutions taken up by Customers.
• Ensure the efficient, premium quality management of Customers.
• Carry out periodic rival evaluation, analyzing product rates and qualifications.
• Organize and send periodic answer to management.
• On-board and oversee subordinates to preserve a repeatedly high number of potential opportunities, and with a high success rate.
• Educate IMTs and Treasury Administrator on the various Treasury goods and applicable organisation rules.

Credentials

• At least education level - First Academic qualification in any discipline from a reputable academic institution. Post-graduate
• certification(s) and specialist membership is a plus.
• 3+ years of expertise in sales and business development.
• Exhibited track document of meeting/exceeding targets as an individual participant.
• Successful expertise building a territory from little or nothing.
• Proficient at developing trust, opening doors, and comprehension organizational needs of top level decision makers.
