Job Description

Timetable and track consistent preventive maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles.
Guarantee promptness repairs and servicing & maintenance to reduce non-operational time.
Preserve current records of vehicle servicing & maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Carry out standard procedure vehicle inspections to recognize concerns and ensure deployment readiness.
Organize with external service vendors, mechanics, and parts suppliers.
Track fuel usage, tire wear, and other business data to identify inefficiencies.
Guarantee adherence with supporting transport, safety, and ecological rules.
Track warranties, coverage, registration, and agreement extension due dates.
Help in procurement and installation of new parts and accessories.
Offer IT assistance and direction to drivers regarding vehicle process and basic servicing & maintenance.
Organize and send servicing & maintenance documentation for executive review.
Preserve an stock of spare parts and ensure proper inventory levels.

HND qualification or Academic qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Tech, or relevant field.
Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) in fleet or vehicle servicing & maintenance.
Expertise in vehicle diagnostics, fix standardized processes, and servicing & maintenance organizing.
Understanding with fleet management software and MS Workspace Suite.
Valid driving permit.
