- The Office administrator plays a key role in making sure the smooth and productive daily processes of the workspace.
- This role is in charge of coordinating general managerial obligations, assisting internal synchronization, and preserving an structured, safe, and operational work environment.
- The position bearer will also be in charge of coordinating and safeguarding the workspace safe, which includes proper recordkeeping and regulated entry to its elements.
Key Rowles and Duties
- Organize and circulate documentation of the Company’s employees on a weekly basis sessions
- Assist the Procurement of workspace and project inventory
- Supports to groupwork by accomplishing associated outcomes as needed.
- Getting ready commute structured for the Employees and the executive team
- Track employees presence and movement through registers
- Organize logistics structured for sessions
- Oversee workspace phone lines and document within and outside the organization correspondence
- Assist the Collaboration and Business Development Manager on Proposal Development
