Role description

  • The Office administrator plays a key role in making sure the smooth and productive daily processes of the workspace.
  • This role is in charge of coordinating general managerial obligations, assisting internal synchronization, and preserving an structured, safe, and operational work environment.
  • The position bearer will also be in charge of coordinating and safeguarding the workspace safe, which includes proper recordkeeping and regulated entry to its elements.

Key Rowles and Duties

  • Organize and circulate documentation of the Company’s employees on a weekly basis sessions
  • Assist the Procurement of workspace and project inventory
  • Supports to groupwork by accomplishing associated outcomes as needed.
  • Getting ready commute structured for the Employees and the executive team
  • Track employees presence and movement through registers
  • Organize logistics structured for sessions
  • Oversee workspace phone lines and document within and outside the organization correspondence
  • Assist the Collaboration and Business Development Manager on Proposal Development
