Position Overview

We are looking for a highly certified and skilled Nursing Manager to head and motivate our nursing team within a private hospital setting. The successful applicant will offer strategic executive guidance and business monitoring to guarantee the dispatch of exceptional nursing care, enhance patient results, and sustain compliance to compliance guidelines.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee the nursing team to provide exceptional patient care in sync with hospital guidelines.
• Work alongside productively with multidisciplinary healthcare experts to formulate, evaluate, and execute nursing rules and procedures.
• Train and mentor nursing employees to advance career advancement and compliance to industry standards.
• Set and track SMART targets for the nursing department, nurturing an environment that fosters responsibility and strong results.
• Carry out consistent effectiveness appraisals, assisting a merit-based incentive and advancement system.
• Ensure full adherence with health rules and institutional guidelines.
• Supervise the adoption and consolidation of modern nursing standardized processes and technical solutions.
• Track patient results and execute standard enhancement programs as necessary.
• Oversee unit-specific financial plans and assign assets productively.
• Advance a positive and cooperative operating environment through team-building and dispute settlement.
• Preserve precise and prompt recordkeeping of nursing initiatives and patient care records.

Credentials and Expertise

10 years post-certification expertise in a hospital environment. 5 years in a top level nursing executive function, ideally inside a private hospital setting.
