Quality assurance Officer at Elvaridah Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Quality assurance Officer to supervise the assessment and guarantee of garment managing and cleanliness within our laundry facility. The preferred candidate will make sure that all items meet organisation quality benchmarks before they are bundled and returned to customers, while also recognizing and dealing with business concerns that may effect service dispatch.

Primary duties

• Examine cleaned garments, linens, and textiles to guarantee they meet cleanliness, finishing, and quality benchmarks before wrapping and dispatch.
• Recognize and documentation impaired items, color fading, shrinkage, or incorrect treatments and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Track the washing, drying, ironing, and folding methods to guarantee they match with standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).
• Keep documentation excellent quality checks, impaired or rejected items, and recurring concerns for workflow optimization.
• Work alongside machine operators and attendants to guarantee the accurate use of detergents, wash settings, and garment care methods.
• Execute hygiene, safety, and garment-managing procedures across all workstations.
• Guarantee promptness escalation of client service issues concerning garment quality and assist solution.
• Help in development employees on quality benchmarks, spotting methods, and fabric care industry standards.
• Assist stock checks and ensure client items are properly tagged and tracked.

Credentials

• At least OND in any applicable field
• 1–2 years of expertise in laundry solutions or quality assurance preferred
• Expertise in garment care symbols, treatments, and laundry chemicals is a plus
