Job Description

Formulate and execute an enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategy structure tailored to SecureID’s processes.
Recognize and assess strategic, business, financial, cyber, ecological, and adherence risks cross-functional units.
Modify the corporate risk register and risk heat maps every quarter.
Ensure alignment of the risk plan with business expansion and growth strategies.
Carry out consistent risk evaluations in line with ISO 31000, ISO 27001, CBN compliance obligations, and ESG guidelines.
Head risk workshops with department heads and project teams.
Track emerging risks, especially in financial technology, identity management, and data confidentiality.
Endorse risk treatment strategies and help departments in executing and tracking risk reduction regulates.
Design key risk indicators (KRIs) for core processes (e.g., card generation, logistics, digital initiatives).Assist the development and execution of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Strategies(BCP/DRP).Offer every month, every quarter, and yearly risk documentation to the Chief of Internal Audit & Risk mitigation strategy, CEO, and Board, Audit & Risk Board.
Evaluate incidents and near-misses to enhance risk regulates.
Ensure risks are escalated prompt and accordingly.

A Bsc in Accounting, Finance and applicable specialist certification in a relevant field.
Specialist qualifications which includes CRMA, ERM, ISO 31000
Head Executor, or IRM are highly preferred.
At least 5–8 years’ expertise in enterprise risk mitigation strategy, ideally in production operations, financial technology, or telecoms.
Expertise with risk automatic control resources, audits, or internal regulates.
A MSC or Master of business administration is a plus.

Robust logical and critical thinking competencies.
Good comprehension of ISO guidelines (31000, 27001), CBN adherence, and information security legal provisions.
Outstanding verbal and professional writing.
Competence in Ms office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Robust people skills and capability to participate cross-operational teams.
Honesty and reliability, competence, and a sharp perception for description.
