Role summary / Duties

• Welcome and help walk-in clients in a friendly and specialist manner.
• Offer details about our logistics solutions, pricing, and dispatch options.
• Response client questions about parcel registration, collection, and general logistics methods.
• Productively register parcels into the system making sure precision in client description, parcel requirements, and dispatch directions.
• Confirm client recognition and collect necessary information for the registration process.
• coordinate the smooth and secure collection of parcels by checking clients' description and offering the accurate parcels.
• Guarantee alignment to parcel release procedures and record any deviations.
• Handle and settle client matters concerns or service issues promptly and competently.
• Work alongside the other unit to settle concerns and offer input to enhance service standard.
• Manage cash financial record precisely, securely issuing receipts, and preserving an structured cash register.
• Follow organisation rules and standardized processes connected with financial financial record.
• Work alongside Central Processing Station (CPS) and Outcomes teams to guarantee prompt and precise parcel supplies.
• Help in coordinating station logistics, which includes arranging parcels for dispatch and tripping.
• Stay informed about status reports in logistics methods and distribute applicable information with the team.
