Position Overview

The Chief operator will supervise the comprehensive processes of property projects, with a robust concentration on directing large-scale building and structure progress updates. The position requires strategic executive guidance, building monitoring, team synchronization, and financial responsibility.

Primary duties

• Oversee daily processes of property development projects
• Oversee large-scale building projects from organizing to finalization
• Organize architects, service providers, engineers, and vendors
• Guarantee adherence with building codes, safety guidelines, and delivery schedules
• Supervise financial planning, expense management, and capacity planning
• Head on-site inspections, advancement assessments, and QA
• Lead sales, leasing, and promotion plans for finished properties
• Documentation routinely to senior management and participants.

Credentials

• Bsc in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Property, or associated fields
• At least 5 years in property/project coordination, with practical building oversight expertise
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and deal discussion competencies
• Verified ability to oversee large teams and multi-million-naira projects
• Must reside inside the Lekki-Epe expressway of Lagos State, Nigeria.
