Position Objective

  • The Programme Manager plays a vital position in assisting the efficient execution and management of all programs.
  • This role make sure that project initiatives are carried out productively, follow established standard procedures.
  • The organizer often serves as a critical link between site teams, management, and associates, assisting to guarantee smooth processes and prompt status updates.

Primary duties

  • Help in the daily organizing and implementation of initiatives, making sure they match with assignment strategies, financial plans, and quality benchmarks.
  • Assist the mobilization and oversight of group voluntary assistants participated in interventions.
  • Assist arrange and coordinate development sessions for employees and group members supervise the proper managing, storage, and allocation of inventory and tools at the site level.
  • Collect, assemble, and confirm programme data from various suppliers, making sure precision and thoroughness.
  • Preserve complete project records, which includes activity documentation, recipient lists, and session notes.
  • Assist supervising visits to project sites to track advancement and recognize hurdles.
  • Serve as a key point of reach out for site teams, dealing with business concerns and escalating sophisticated challenges to the Chief executive.
  • Coordinate with local government governing bodies, group key stakeholders, and collaborating organizations as directed.
  • Coordinate internal information exchange inside the project team to guarantee a regular comprehension of targets and initiatives.
  • Engage in related industry or operating group sessions when necessary, advocating the project and company.
  • Track project expenditures against authorized financial plans, flagging any discrepancies or possibility overruns.
  • Help in the project setup of procurement requests for project inventory and solutions.
  • Ensure productive utilization of project assets.

Credentials and Expertise

  • At least 2-5 years of demonstrated expertise in executing or managing programs, ideally in a non-governmental company (NGO) setting.
  • Proven expertise in data collection, management, and basic status updates.
  • Understanding with locally-driven programming and operating with at risk populations.
  • Expertise in employees oversight or team synchronization is an asset.
