Servicing & maintenance Officer at H&Y Furniture Manufacturers in Lekki, Lagos

Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and skilled Servicing & maintenance Officer to join our generation team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of making sure all machinery and tools are in top operating requirement to assist uninterrupted generation and smooth processes.

Primary duties

• Carry out standard procedure servicing & maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machines and tools.
• Execute periodic inspections and diagnose issues machinery faults.
• Verify that every servicing & maintenance initiatives are finished safely and in adherence with organisation rules.
• Keep documentation of servicing & maintenance initiatives and documentation tools status to the direct supervisor.
• Organize with generation teams to reduce non-operational time.
• Track and replenish servicing & maintenance inventory/resources as needed.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years’ practical experience in tools servicing & maintenance, ideally in a production operations or generation environment.
• Good expertise in wood production operations machine like CNCmachine and others.
• Capability to operate under pressure and address crises.
• Robust meticulousness and dedication to safety procedures.
