Female House Manager at Xpedient Services in Lagos

Position Overview

• We are looking for a highly structured, teached, and devoted Female House Manager to supervise the processes of a private residential home.
• The preferred candidate must possess prior expertise operating in this same capacity within a private home, coordinating both the household and its employees productively and competently.
• This position needs a initiative-driven, trustworthy individual with effective guidance attributes, exceptional meticulousness, and a natural capability to organize people and methods to guarantee a smooth-running home environment.

Primary duties

• Household Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the household, making sure everything runs productively, cleanly, and according to high guidelines.
• Employees Oversight: Oversee all household employees which includes janitors, cooks, drivers, nannies, and other assistance team; manage planning, discipline, and performance check.
• Assignment Organizing & Synchronization: Arrange and execute work plans, routine routines, family needs, and special requests from the homeowner.
• Vendor Communication link: Organize and oversee external service providers or vendors for servicing & maintenance, repairs, supplies, or system setups.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Track and restock household inventory, groceries, and necessities while keeping track of stock and avoiding waste.
• Financial plan & Expenditure Tracking: Oversee household financial plan, small expense fund, and organize cost summaries for the company.
• Hospitality & Events: Organize for and organize visits from guests, family events, or gatherings, making sure hospitality guidelines are fulfilled.
• Secrecy: Preserve the highest level of discretion, trust, and respect for the confidentiality of the family

Qualifications & Credentials

Education: At least Higher national diploma or Bsc. Additional development in hotel management, Staff administration, or Home Management will be an added advantage. Compulsory Expertise: Must possess prior expertise operating as a house manager (or in a similar managerial position) in a private residential home. Candidates without this profile will not be assessed.

Additional Qualifications:

• Readiness to operate any time, which includes weekends as required.
