The Avenue

• You'll be part of the Transaction Diligence (TD) team which delivers customers with the financial and strategic transaction support to guarantee the success of their transaction. 
• Our TD teams help customers throughout the full scope of transaction process.
• While traditional financial due diligence is a key element of the service, TD is much broader, combining transaction management, bargain and recordkeeping, and post-finalization consolidation. 

Your Primary duties

As a Executive manager, you will be part of the Transaction Diligence team assisting our customers decide the right transaction to do, and then help them in doing the transaction right.   Our team works to comprehend profit drivers and practices, difficulty assumptions of future effectiveness, and help with buy agreements and post-closing transaction matters.  Our TD teams help customers throughout the full scope of transaction process.
