Role summary

We are looking for an skilled and outcomes-driven Quantity survey specialist / Manager, project to supervise cost management, project organizing, and implementation from start to finalization.

Duties

• Organize budget forecasts, Invoices of Quantities (BOQ), and bid proposals.
• Oversee procurement methods, tender reviews, and agreement management.
• Formulate and track project plans, making sure compliance to timelines.
• Track and regulate financial plans, making sure cost effectiveness and value for money.
• Organize with architects, engineers, service providers, and other participants.
• Supervise quality assurance, making sure adherence with requirements and industry guidelines.
• Handle scope changes, requests, and adjustment orders in line with agreement conditions.
• Recognize and minimize project risks to avoid setbacks or cost overruns.
• Carry out on-site inspections, advancement sessions, and problem consistent project documentation.
• Supervise concluding accounts, project handover, and post-finalization defect rectification.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma, a MSC, Bachelor's degree with 5 - 7 years of work expertise.
