Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and structured Accounting Officer to join our finance team. The preferred candidate will possess robust critical thinking, meticulousness, and the capability to preserve precise finance records and documentation. This position requires competence in accounting principles, software, and standardized processes.

Duties

• Help with the project setup and evaluation of balance sheet and income statement, documentation, and financial plans.
• Preserve precise and structured finance records, which includes transaction entries, ledgers, and outstanding receivables/payable.
• Resolve financial financial record, accounts, and discrepancies to guarantee precision and honesty and reliability of financial data.
• Help with end of month and end of year closing methods, which includes adjustments, modifications, and accruals.
• Organize and process bills, payments, cost summaries, and other financial financial record.
• Help with wage processing processing, which includes records entry, calculations, and adjustments.
• Track and track financial financial record, expenditures, and financial plans to guarantee adherence with rules and organisation rules.
• Work alongside other departments, which includes buying, sales, and processes, to organize financial initiatives and assist organizational processes.
• Offer assistance and support to auditors, tax experts, and compliance-related agencies during audits and examinations.
• Stay informed on accounting guidelines, rules, and industry standards to guarantee adherence and precision in finance reporting.
