Female Chartered Accounting officer at Xpedient Services in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

About the Position

We are looking for a highly proficient, meticulous Female Chartered Accounting officer to oversee and supervise the financial processes of a high-end premium experience social space and club located in Abuja. The preferred candidate will be in charge of all finance Management processes, which includes financial planning, predicting, finance reporting, internal regulates, wage processing, and adherence. This position requires a specialist with robust ethics, the capability to operate independently, and a strong insight of the unique financial dynamics of the hospitality and media and performance sector.

Primary duties

• Organize precise every month, every quarter, and yearly financial statements.
• Manage routine accounting processes which includes outstanding invoices, payables, and cash management.
• Formulate and track financial plans and projections in alignment with business targets.
• Supervise wage processing, tax remittances, and statutory conclusions (PAYE, VAT, etc.).
• Track and regulate expenditures to enhance profit margin.
• Carry out internal audits and execute internal regulates to reduce financial risk.
• Guarantee adherence with compliance-related and tax governing bodies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and participants.
• Offer strategic financial evaluation to assist management decisions.
• Oversee accounting assistants or clerical employees if relevant.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• At least 3 – 5 years accounting expertise, ideally in hotel management, club/social spaces, or dynamic service environments.
• Fully certified Chartered Accounting officer (ICAN or ACCA necessary).
• Skilled in financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel).
• Solid understanding of Nigerian tax legal provisions, hospitality accounting, and financial rules.
• High level of honesty and reliability, secrecy, and competence.
• Outstanding logical, corporate, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate any time and oversee financial duty around occupied social space/club processes.
