Position Overview

We are looking for a devoted, creative, and God-fearing Grade School Chief Tutor to head our grade school team. The preferred candidate will be a driven teacher and transformational leader with a solid experience in syllabus design, digital and tech literacy, a strong insight of both the Nigerian and Cambridge curricular, and a dedication to child safety and Christian values.

Primary duties

• Offer academic and business executive guidance for the grade school in line with the school’s purpose and Christian ethos.
• Supervise and mentor syllabus execution and development, especially in English ,Mathematics and Science, making sure alignment with learning targets and teaching guidelines.
• Oversee employee output through organized evaluation standardized processes, training, and ongoing career advancement.
• Advance a school culture of superiority, creative invention, and ongoing development.
• Combine tech meaningfully in classroom guidance and school management.
• Uphold and ensure adherence to all child protection rules; ensure full adherence with child safety and safeguarding rules.
• Promote positive connections among employees, students, and parents.
• Motivate and model Christian values in executive guidance, strategic judgment, and routine engagements.
• Ensure a calm, self-controlled, and fostering learning environment that aids each child’s development.
• Track academic effectiveness and advance impactful training procedures across grade levels.
