Position Overview
- We are looking for an exceptional and creative teaching Christian leader to join our agile team as the Chief of Nursery School.
- The successful applicant will possess specialized knowledge in childcare, child safety, and protection, in addition to a strong insight of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) structure.

Primary duties
- Head and oversee the nursery team: Offer direction, assist, and mentoring to guarantee the team supplies premium quality care and education.
- Formulate and execute nursery rules: Ensure rules are in sync with the EYFS structure and advance a safe, welcoming, and supportive workplace.
- Safeguarding and child protection: Ensure the nursery is a safe and secure environment, conforming to child safety and protection rules and standardized processes.
- Syllabus development and execution: Formulate and execute a syllabus that is in sync with the EYFS structure and meets the needs of our children.
- Evaluation and tracking: Formulate and execute operational structures to track children's advancement, recognizing zones for assist and development.
- Parent and public involvement: Promote solid connections with parents and the wider group, supporting the nursery school and its values.
- Tech consolidation: Ensure the efficient use of tech in the nursery, which includes the use of online platforms and assets to improve training and learning.
- QA: Track and assess the quality of nursery offering, recognizing zones for advancement and development.
Qualifications
- Academic qualification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
- Training accreditation: Certified tutor status (TRCN) or qualification for accreditation.
- Expertise: A minimum of 4 years previous expertise in a nursery school setting, preferably in a executive function.
- Child safety and protection development: Specialized knowledge of child safety and protection rules and standardized processes.
- EYFS structure: Deep understanding of the EYFS structure and its application in a nursery setting.
- Technical abilities: Skilled in application of online platforms and assets to improve training and learning.
