Position Overview

This position is an midlevel to a lead role. The Human resources officer will assist all Personnel Management initiatives within the organization with a robust concentration on Professional growth. The HRO must be multi-proficient and adaptable in the Human resources core functionalities. Must possess core expertise in coordinating the Development & Development unit of a financial institution basic comprehension of remuneration & perks management, human resource management, Human resources digital transformation, and adjustment management.

Thorough Obligations & Duties

  • Assist the development and execution of Professional growth programs and operational structures.
  • Formulate the group’s yearly development strategy and track the actualization and development financial plan.
  • Utilize digital tools for learning interventions i.e., oversee the e-Learning channels.
  • Formulate creative channels to engender uninterrupted learning.
  • Coordinate expertise-exchanging sessions cross-departmentally.
  • Deliver promptly findings on group learning initiatives and their effect on effectiveness.
  • Track Development Return on Financial funding.
  • Ability Management.
  • Offer direction and analysis of rules.
  • Recruitment and management.
  • Workplace engagement and concerns solution.
  • Assist the management of disciplinary and grievance concerns.
  • Preserve employee records (presence, EEO data, etc.) according to regulatory framework and lawful qualifications.
  • Evaluate job and operating terms to guarantee regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate with Audit teams and compliance-related bodies.

Qualifications Education:

At least Bachelor's degree in IRPM or any relevant field. Being an associate of the Chartered Institute of Staff administration- ACIP is a plus.

Expertise:

A minimum of four years in the Learning & Development operation and six years in a generalist position.
