Accounting officer at LD&D Consulting in Victoria Island, Lagos

Overview

We are looking for an Accounting officer to oversee financial processes, guarantee adherence, and offer strategic findings.

Primary duties

• Organize and evaluate balance sheet and income statement (P&L, financial statement, money movement).
• Financial plan management
• Supervise bank adjustments, outstanding bills & receivable.
• Oversee earnings, spending records, and debt recovery.
• Keep documentation of customers, advisors, and fee payments.
• Manage stock appraisal and vendor settlement.
• Ensure statutory adherence (FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, pension, etc.).
• Organize tax returns and financial statements for strategic judgment.
• Carry out audits to identify errors and prevent fraud.
• Utilize financial system (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bsc in Accounting / Finance.
• At least 2 years of expertise in accounting/finance.
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software and financial system.
